I strongly don't recommend this for families, especially if you're travelling with women. We got bed bug allergies and food poisoning. The food was unhygienic, there was hair in the paneer, and the plates were unclean. The staff were rude and cheap, and I felt unsafe. The duty staff member, who was half bald and probably on the night shift, spoke in a cheap way and had a pathetic attitude. There was no timely response to requests, and the staff were ignorant and rude. The rooms had broken taps, gutkha spit on the walls, fungus on the walls, lizards, and no hot water. The windows were broken, with no safety measures in place. I'm attaching a few pictures so you can get a proper idea.

The location is close to the highway, and the rooms are okay, but there are bugs. Room 307 had no hot water, I repeat, no hot water. The AC didn't work, and when it did start, there was no way to switch it off. Highly not recommended. Staff sleep in the morning too, seem least bothered, and don't behave well.

The room felt larger than what I’ve had at other hotels. The bathroom was clean, though the water drained so slowly that it got messy. The AC didn’t work properly, and there wasn’t a fan.

Parking was a problem, the place wasn’t clean or hygienic, and the staff didn’t seem to know much. The service was poor.

We checked in late in the evening last week, and the food we ordered arrived cold and late. The service was miserable, and the stay was a horrible experience for me. A friend had lost a phone charger two weeks earlier and asked the staff about it several times. Each time, they said it hadn’t been found. Last week I asked the person at the desk, who confirmed they had received it. But when I went to collect it today, they denied having it again. I was really annoyed. In the end they brought it out. It seemed to me they were using customers’ lost and found items for themselves, so please be careful at this hotel.
