The room felt like a cramped shoebox, with a huge pillar taking up the space, and I paid 10,000 for it. The sheets had oil stains and cigarette burns, and the hygiene was repulsive, it felt like a health hazard. When I asked for clean bedding, the staff told me, 'this is all they have.' Their attitude and incompetence were unbelievable. I've never felt so scammed. This place needs to be shut down, and I wouldn't spend another penny there.

If you find a good online deal, this is the best hotel close to Thane Railway station. The room and washroom were clean and maintained well, and room service was great. I took a star off because the AC didn't cool the room properly. More concerning, the R.O water came in used packaged water bottles that were unsealed. I only realized at the very end. I don't know whether they clean and reuse them or are doing something for sustainability, but guests should be told what kind of water is being provided and how.

Breakfast had a good range, and the service went smoothly. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had a comfortable stay at Arvind Thane.

My stay was awful. The room smelled bad, had no windows for ventilation, and the bedsheets were dirty and smelly. The reception staff never smiled and just stared at me, which gave the place a negative feel. After the room was supposedly cleaned, I found a bunch of hair under the bed. The washroom wasn't properly cleaned either, as hair stayed in the same spot after cleaning. The TV remotes didn't work.
