For five nights, they served me the same meal every day, even after assuring me otherwise. When I asked, they said the owner’s instructions were to make only potatoes each day. Breakfast was served at whatever time and according to whatever choice they decided. I had to wait, sometimes at the cost of my business, because the cook might not be available when I needed food. It felt like the staff saw guests as helpless and dependent on them. I’d never visited Patna before and booked this hotel without knowing the city. The staff and the hotel accountant were rude and impolite, making it a bitter stay. I travel to different cities regularly, and this was my first time in Patna. I’d rather book a guest house and eat outside where I can choose food that suits my taste.

Parking and EV charging are available, and the room was nice and clean for a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the stay. The hotel staff were disciplined too. Thanks so much 👍

Some staff were very proper, though a few didn’t behave so well. The room, location, and services were good overall. If you’re after a budget-friendly place to stay, this hotel could work for you.

They kept me waiting until I gave a 5-star rating, which felt like they were forcing guests to rate them. Staff kept arguing with me and weren’t polite or friendly. The bedsheets were old and torn, and hotel guests aren’t even allowed to meet visitors there, including delivery people.

I stayed by myself for three days and felt safe the whole time, with no issues. The staff were supportive and the food tasted good.
