There was traffic noise the whole time, so I couldn’t get a peaceful stay. The rooms may be cheap, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel. The bathroom was shabby, the sheets had holes, the towel was dirty, and the blanket was awful. On top of that, they raised the room charge at checkout, even though we’d discussed the price well beforehand.
The rooms smelled bad, and the way they spoke to guests was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I couldn’t cancel because I’d paid upfront, and the stay was awful. The whole room stank, not just the blanket. The toilets leaked and were extremely dirty, there were no toiletries, and even after I asked, they didn’t provide drinking water. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary, and the staff were very rude. For 2,000/- a night, I expect at least a clean room and safe drinking water.
The location is the one upside, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station and Mukharjee nagar. I paid 1500 for one night with no food included, but the place was very unhygienic. The sheets were dirty, there was hair on the bed, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the WiFi was barely usable. Mosquitoes kept me from sleeping, the AC didn’t work, and the room smelled like cigarettes.
We paid 1500rs, but they wouldn’t give us a bill unless we paid extra GST. This was one of the worst hotels we’ve experienced. Please don’t book here.
