FabHotel Neena Palace

The breakfast was included in my room rate, but there was little variety and only limited quantities. They have a large menu book in the rooms, yet nothing from it was available, and the plate of noodles I ordered was brought from outside. There weren’t even chairs in the room, or drinking glasses, or a tea and coffee tray with a kettle. This is misleading marketing for Hotel Neena Palace Bhopal as a three-star property. The room, toilet, and linens were very dirty. My experience was bad overall, and Fab hotels sold the property inaccurately.

The washroom was dirty and full of mosquitoes, and the mobile network was so poor that data was unusable. The room was in bad condition, the AC didn’t work properly, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. It was not worth the money. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, avoid if you can.

I stayed at Neena Palace for one day, so I can’t say much about the other aspects, but the place was good for a solo traveler. The toilet was clean and they provided toiletries. One guy was always keen to help, and a single call brought everything to my doorstep. There was a sofa where you could eat, and the drawer smelled a little odd, though not too bad. A TV was there, but nothing came on because they hadn’t paid the service provider for the premium. I searched for this place and read the negative reviews, which I couldn’t relate to, so I thought I’d write about my own experience. Maybe I was lucky to get that service, but I can recommend it.

Service was very bad. The window glass was broken and the AC didn’t work either. Breakfast was included in our f booking, yet they charged us separately. It was a very bad experience.
