Hotel Delight Inn

The room was dirty, and the bed, pillow, and blanket didn’t seem clean either. There were lots of mosquitoes, the AC was poor, and even getting a TV remote meant asking the staff repeatedly while they made silly excuses. Food wasn’t tasty, and there were only a few menu choices. Very poor service overall. Not worth the money, I’d tell people to avoid this place.

Basic courtesy and proper service were missing throughout my stay, and the staff and management came across as highly unprofessional. It left a really negative impression, especially for a hotel with a reputation to uphold. Guests should be able to relax instead of dealing with rude behavior and poor service. I hope management takes this seriously, improves staff training and its management system, and acts quickly. If this keeps happening, it could damage the hotel’s reputation.

I travel all over India often, and this was the worst stay my family and I have had. With our three kids and luggage, we felt the staff were making things difficult on purpose. Nobody seemed willing to help unless tips were involved, and the manager and staff had the worst behavior I’ve ever seen. They wouldn’t accept that my wife and I were married, even after we showed our passports. My name is listed as her spouse in her passport, but they still refused to verify it. We’d just come from Dubai and cleared immigration, yet the staff made a fuss and seemed unable to read the document. We were very disappointed. I suggest avoiding this hotel.

I went there once, and the people were really bad. As a girl, I didn’t feel safe at the hotel. It was a waste of time and money, and there are much better hotels. Please be careful. Once you get there, they start making a fuss. I’m saying this because I think they buy those six or seven good reviews, so don’t choose the place just because you saw positive reviews.
