I came with my little baby, who needed special food, and the staff gave us what we asked for. The room was neat and pleasant, the charges reasonable, and the food was nice. Booking here and staying were both pleasant experiences, though I’m not sure whether I spoke with the manager or the owner.

After staying in more than 15 hotels as a solo traveler, I can finally say I’ve found one where I felt safe. Before this, I kept changing hotels because I didn’t feel secure. I really like hotel prestige for that. swarn was the nicest hotel manager I’ve spoken with. He answered all my questions and even guided me well about an event. Thank you, hotel prestige and swarn.

I stayed here for a month and the service was excellent. The location, right at the castle mill junction, also made getting around easy.

I paid 2800/- for five hours and was given two pavs, vegetable gravy, and a Batata wada, which they called MISAL PAV. Come on, we’re in Thane, where there are some of the best Misal Pavs. It felt like they were cheating customers. When I tried to reason with the staff at 4am, they acted high and mighty. Totally inconsiderate.
