Hotel Supreme Inn

The staff were helpful and polite, and my room was tidy and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay and would come back.

We spent three days here while attending a friend's wedding. Since it was very close to the venue, getting around was easy. After the long wedding functions, the comfortable, clean, well-maintained rooms were a welcome place to rest. The hotel stayed clean, the staff were polite and cooperative, and they were always ready to help. We also enjoyed the tasty, satisfying food. It was a pleasant, hassle-free stay, and I'd recommend it for wedding trips, groups, or family visits.

I had booked a room for that day in advance and paid the required booking amount after confirming the timing by phone. But when I arrived, the receptionist said there was no room and no booking under my name. I showed the WhatsApp conversation, but they still denied it. Only after I showed the payment screenshot did they listen to the call recording, apologize, and refund me. The management's handling of the booking was very unprofessional. If they accept advance bookings, they should honor them. I wasted an hour and a half travelling there.

The food was hygienic and high quality, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful too. It was a warm, pleasant stay, and I'd recommend this hotel for a business trip or a holiday if you want comfort and good service.
