Melody Boutique Hotel Thane

For nearly an hour, I was left waiting with no clear update while staff argued among themselves about my booking, policies, and approvals. Nobody offered a seat or reassurance, or made an effort to speed things up. It was the middle of the night, and there was no courtesy for my comfort at all. I arrived close to midnight, tired from travel, expecting an easy check-in at Melody Boutique Hotel, Thane, but the process became an ordeal. Basic document checks turned into prolonged questioning. Reception and management weren’t coordinated, so I was repeatedly asked for the same information. The attitude was rude, uncooperative, and almost intimidating. Staff seemed unprepared for a late arrival, even though midnight check-ins are a normal part of hospitality. Instead of empathy or urgency, it felt like harassment. A boutique hotel should know service is part of its identity, but Melody Boutique failed at the basic job of welcoming a guest. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at places across different budgets, and never had such a torturous check-in. Hospitality is about behavior, sensitivity, and respect as well as infrastructure. The property needs urgent staff training, process automation, and a serious attitude correction if it wants to survive in a competitive city like Thane.

The food tastes bakwas, and the rooms are cramped and unhygienic. On top of that, it’s way overpriced. Worst experience ever.

Melody Boutique Hotel is in a great spot, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable, and the food impressed me every time with its tasty variety. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and so comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, with excellent service all around.

The staff are cooperative, the food is good, and the rooms are both clean and spacious.
