The location is convenient and the staff were fine, but I'd look for somewhere better. There was no hot water at the bathroom tap, and when I asked, the woman at reception said they knew and couldn't do much. Noise was another problem: there was a function and the buffet was set up right outside the hotelrooms. In the evening, an option was going on in the restaurant, so it was impossible to sit there. Food was just okay.

The people at VITS Sharanam made my nearly month-long stay feel like home. I was unwell during the visit, and the whole team took extra care to keep me comfortable. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well looked after, and the food was consistently good and comforting, served warmly. That matters when you're away for so long. Thanks especially to Suyash Sathe (Front Office)Prajakta, Nayaniksa, Dhanush and Rehan for being kind, attentive, and there whenever I needed support. I’d recommend VITS Sharanam in Thane for the amenities and the warm people who make it a pleasant place to stay.

We hold our business meetings at VITS Sharanam, Thane regularly, and it's always been a great experience. Mr. Pravin Yadav (Manager) is consistently supportive, professional, and helpful, and makes sure things are arranged properly. The staff are welcoming and cooperative, the ambience is nice, and the food is excellent. Prices are reasonable too, so the value is really good. Recommended for business meetings, dining, and gatherings.

The hotel has a great restaurant, and breakfast is fine. It's a good place to stay in the Thane area, and you can also book it for a small party. There’s open space on both sides for functions.

I'm staying here for three days, and it's been a very disappointing stay. The rooms aren't good, and the water pressure is so weak that taking a proper shower is impossible. We told staff several times. Each time they just said they were checking, but nothing changed. In the morning, we asked them either to move us or fix the pressure so we could at least bathe. They again said it was a common issue and that they were checking. There's no accountability or concern for guests' comfort, and the service is very poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
