A cockroach on the bedsheet was a serious hygiene concern, and the breakfast was very oily and poor quality. The food overall didn’t meet expectations or justify its cost. Wi-Fi kept cutting out, making it hard to work, while reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern about problems. Service was poor throughout, with staff lacking basic hospitality and professionalism. The property needs major work on cleanliness, maintenance, service, and food.

The restaurant food was really tasty, and the room and washroom were clean. There weren’t many toiletries, just body wash and shampoo, and the complimentary breakfast options were very limited. Staff need to improve their behavior, etiquette, and body language quite a bit. It’s a decent choice if you’re staying in Thane district.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very good, the food was awesome, and the staff were cooperative. I recommend it for a family stay.

The view from the hotel is good, and the rooms are neat and tidy, but I’ve never seen so many cockroaches in one place. They really need pest control. They call the Wi-Fi 5G, but it doesn’t seem to have a 5. The breakfast spread is good, though it’s almost the same every day.

The food is the biggest red flag. If you choose the buffet, you may face serious health issues because they outsource all the food. Staff are poorly behaved and don’t know much, and they’re nonchalant about problems. There are bugs in the rooms, network reception is terrible, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Don’t book this hotel at any cost.
