Inside the room it was quiet and comfortable, even with the crowds and noise around the hotel near Thane Railway Station. I found the rooms clean and well kept, and the stay felt pleasant for the price and convenient location.

Avoid this place. For ₹3000 a night, the blankets were cheap and felt like roadside quality, and when I asked for replacements they acted like there was no problem. The AC didn't work and had no remote, the geyser was broken, and there were broken tiles too.

If you drink and don't care about service, this may be the place for you. I found the service very poor, though, and it seems they have enough guests that they don't expect to maintain quality. The location is hard to reach because of heavy traffic, and the rooms were small and dirty. For dinner, you have to go to the ground floor, where the lighting is dim and people sit drinking. As someone who wasn't part of that crowd, I felt out of place. I ordered a dosa for breakfast after reception asked what I wanted, but it never came. Water over 500 ml costs extra. In room 210 the toilet flush didn't work, and the next day the hand spray was broken too. The AC stays at 25, with no way to adjust it except turning it off. The key card doesn't work, so I had to go to reception each time to get the main door opened.

The location worked really well for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable, with very good amenities. I was impressed with the stay.
