Sandeep at the front desk was polite and cooperative, and the other front desk staff behaved well too. The food was good and the service was the best.

The advance was offered back, but that doesn’t undo the stress this caused. I had booked eight rooms for two days for my guests almost a month ahead, after being assured there would be no cancellations from either side. Since I’d had a bad experience at other hotels, I paid an advance once they guaranteed the rooms were confirmed. Four days later, I was told there were no rooms for the second day of my booking. They said other staff had taken bookings and advances for those December dates, blaming a software update problem and a misplaced booking sheet. I later found reviews describing similar problems with other guests. The reception staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, and I don’t trust this bunch. Places like this seem to keep running because people have few options nearby. Avoid it, and stop taking people for a ride. It’s sad that my five-star rating dropped to one star in just three days.

I’ve stayed here after visiting in person, and it’s a nice hotel for a stay. The staff are good-natured, the service is very good, and the meals are nice quality. Cleanliness was fine too.
