The Byke Studio Pure Veg Apartment, Thane

Our group of 35 from Aryan Holidays has stayed at The Byke Studio Apartment five times now, and we've had a wonderful experience in Thane. The location is convenient, check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the spacious rooms were neat, maintained well, and had the amenities we needed. Staff were courteous and ready to help, and the restaurant food and service were great, especially the morning buffet breakfast. Good value for money, and I'd love to return. Highly recommended. Special thanks to front office staff Mr Rehan, MrJagdish, Mr Malik, Mr santosh, and all the housekeeping staff. Mr Sanjeev Singh and former manager Mr Sunil L also helped coordinate and make our group tour a success.

Mr. Paul eventually stepped in, stayed calm and polite, and found a solution. His professional handling helped bring an otherwise terrible situation under control. Before that, check-in was one of the worst we've ever had, because of trainee Vaibhav Patenkar at reception. He was arrogant, rude, and disrespectful, with no empathy or hospitality in the way he spoke to us. He said he wouldn't give us a room because of their internal “bundle of rules,” none of which had been mentioned on MMT or communicated in advance. Instead of trying to resolve things, his attitude made a simple check-in extremely frustrating. It's concerning that someone behaving this way is handling the front desk. Mr. Vaibhav needs proper training and strict guidance before dealing with guests.

We were three people, and the 1bhk worked well for us. The rooms are comfortable, very good, and well maintained. The apartment has been turned into a guest house and studio, with plenty of rooms. It's on the main road, easy to reach by different kinds of transport, and has hot water. Service was decent, and the front desk was professional. Worth the money. Kudos to the team.

My stay at Byke Apartments, Suraj Plaza was comfortable and pleasant. Reception staff were polite and efficient, and check-in was quick and easy. Raunak at the reservation desk deserves special thanks for handling my direct booking so well. Great service, and I'd recommend booking here.
