The lift was extremely crowded and often meant a wait, especially at peak times. With this many guests, a larger lift or better crowd management would make a real difference. The dining area also felt cramped during busy meals, making it hard to find a seat or move around. Even so, the dinner arrangements were decent and the food was good. The rooms were the strongest part of my stay at Hotel Laxvas. They were clean, spacious, well maintained, and had the basic amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a good job, and the property was satisfactorily clean. Staff were polite and responsive, and check-in and check-out were reasonably smooth. The location and ambience were good, making it suitable for families and travelers looking for a comfortable stay. The rooms and service were commendable, though the crowded lift and dining area kept the experience from being excellent. It offered good value for money, and I’d consider staying again and recommending it to others.

The rooms are much smaller than the pictures suggest, and noise from the ground-floor restaurant carries up to the third floor late at night. The hotel’s vibe doesn’t match the price. I don’t think it should cost more than 2000rs.

The staff and Mamaji made it possible for my family to enjoy a pleasant stay, especially with my 92-year-old mother-in-law with us. Special thanks to Mamaji, a gem of a person. We felt safe for the ladies, and there was plenty of car parking along with accommodation for the driver. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff were great. I enjoyed the stay and plan to visit often in the near future.

For a business trip in Thane, Hotel Laxvas was comfortable and good value. It’s conveniently located near Majiwada and Viviana Mall, with clean rooms, good food, and prompt service. The staff were professional, and the banquet hall was well maintained for small events and meetings.

Deepak was managing the cleaning, and the hotel was impressively clean throughout my pleasant stay. The rooms and common areas were hygienic and well maintained. It’s a good fit for a business trip, and I’d definitely recommend Hotel Laxvas.
