Cockroaches were running around, and the room was full of mosquitoes, so it felt unhygienic and unsafe. The food was awful for the high price. My AC didn't work, and after I told the staff, they neither fixed it nor offered another option. Room service and reception were rude and lazy, with no sense of responsibility or hospitality. Even with all these problems, they wouldn't change the bill or offer any compensation or discount. This place is overpriced, badly managed, and lacking basic cleanliness and customer service. I'd strongly tell people to stay elsewhere. You can find much better options for the same price.

We were there for a business trip. The room was good, and they even provided complimentary breakfast at 7.30 for our early checkout. But the receptionist made a mess of the handwritten bill, misspelling things even after I'd written them down for him. Staff behaviour needs to improve.
