Hotel Satkar Grande

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and we had a very pleasant stay with excellent service. Ms. Shamal was especially supportive and hospitable throughout. One suggestion for families with infants: a few rooms with baby cradles or cots would make things more convenient for parents.

I’d recommend Satkar Grande for a comfortable stay. I booked it for wedding guests visiting from outside Mumbai, and both they and I were happy with the rooms and service. It’s an executive hotel with around 25-30 rooms, kept clean and neat. There’s an in-house restaurant, in-room dining, and a good breakfast spread that made mornings easy for everyone. The food is tasty, though it can take a little while since it’s all made fresh. The hotel is near Mulund-Thane LBS checknaka. Reception staff are soft-spoken and helpful with whatever you need. Thanks to Shyamal for managing my guests’ stay, and Mr Ravi can help with restaurant services.

The location made it easy to reach business districts, shopping areas, and transport, so it suited both family travel and work trips. Hotel Satkar Grande also works well for meetings and professional visits. Staff across the front desk, housekeeping, and room service were courteous, professional, and ready to help. Service was prompt and coordinated, and everyone made us feel welcome. The spacious, clean, well-kept rooms were comfortable and functional, with a relaxing feel after a long day. Room service was quick and efficient, and the food was excellent. Orders arrived on time and were presented well, and staff checked that everything was in place before leaving. It’s a versatile place for families, office trips, and business stays, with a warm, professional atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for a reliable, pleasant stay.

Ten years after our previous event, we held our child’s naming ceremony at Satkar Grande, and the team made sure everything went smoothly. Vilas and Shilpa were understanding and cooperative, and the service was great. The food was amazing, with zero complaints. The banquet was handled wonderfully, and decorator Sunil did a fantastic job. The room interiors looked amazing too. One thing to improve is room service availability, including linen, towels, and other services. I’m totally satisfied. Kudos to Shilpa, Vilas, Shamal, and the other team members.
