I couldn’t sleep all night because the room was full of mosquitoes. It was dirty, and the bathroom was dirty too. The receptionist left me waiting half an hour to check in, with no proper service. I booked through booking.com after seeing the 7.2 rating and was unhappy with the stay. Then I was shocked to find a top ranked review had apparently been posted automatically. It seems like a way to fool guests who trust booking.com.

Very bad behavior. We couldn't stay the whole night with family, and there were no services available.

The morning was beautiful and cool, and I loved the food, even though it was a bit expensive. The location has a nice view, but there’s almost nothing nearby. When my period started late at night around 11, there wasn’t a pharmacy close by. Zepto and insta mart weren’t working either. They said those services worked there, but the app showed the location wasn’t serviceable. We had a great stay apart from those ups and downs, and it felt worth it. The people at the front desk seemed to know very little, though. I called a day before to ask about booking their largest room for the next day, and they said yes. When I offered to pay in advance, they just said to come in and they’d see. After we arrived, they gave us whatever rooms were available, not the one we wanted. I would have paid the advance if that’s what they needed. That was disappointing.

Bad service, bad staff and bad behavior. There were mosquitoes in the room too, so you couldn't sleep.

This place is only for call girls, not families.
