Royal Hometel Suites Dahisar Mumbai

We booked the restaurant for a family wedding reception, and the warm, welcoming service made our gathering memorable. Mr.Aashish was especially attentive, constantly smiling, and so helpful. Plenty of the other serving staff were smiling and warm too.

For three weeks, this hotel felt like home. We came from very far away and were made comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We’re grateful to the whole team for making our long stay so enjoyable and memorable. Cleanliness, service, and hospitality all went beyond what we expected. I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone wanting warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, and we can’t wait to return.

On my second stay, things weren’t as good as the first time. The Superior room and bathroom felt cramped, and check-in took a while. When a higher category room is available and a guest asks, the front desk should upgrade them, especially repeat guests. Otherwise, it doesn’t build loyalty or encourage another stay. The food was good as usual. The property is beautiful, the Suites are modern and spacious, and food and service are good. Check-in on my first stay was fine. Traffic and ongoing road work outside make the location a little difficult, though. Thanks to Amit and Sahanawaz in the restaurant, Ashish at the front desk, and Mr Jagdish and Luvkush.

The food was delicious, and the little details were thoughtfully handled. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made the stay special. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Everyone was courteous and ready to help with a smile. I’d recommend this hotel for comfort, good service, and a memorable visit.
