I asked OYO for a refund after a terrible stay. Don't waste your money or time here. The owner will fight with you.

We stayed in executive room 201, which was very nice, and the front office staff communicated well. Mr. Sukhbir was especially helpful, and his service was really quick. Check-in and checkout were quick too. I'd come back and recommend the place to friends.

Mr. Mahavir, the manager, was gentle and humble in how he dealt with us. The room prices were very reasonable, and the Sarovar staff provided excellent service. Our room and washroom were clean, and the AC worked very well. I'd say it's worth trying at least once.

The room smelled so bad I couldn't stay without an air freshener, and I couldn't sleep. Rice weevils were all over the room, even on the bedsheet, and there was also a group of ants. My experience was very poor, and the room itself was in very poor condition.

The Wi-Fi worked well, but the TV didn't, and even the bedsheets hadn't been washed. When I booked through the app, they told me to pay there and said they wouldn't give me a room otherwise. For a one-day stay, they switched off the AC at 8:00 AM and only turned it back on in the evening. I would give their behavior a negative rating if I could. Nothing about the place was nice.
