Staff were nice and cooperative, and the room was clean and good value for what I paid. Dinner was just okay. There was some noise in the corridor at night, but apart from that, my experience was commendable.

The location is convenient, and the pleasant atmosphere and tasty food make Hotel 9th Planet a good option for a business trip or a family stay. Rooms are neat, spacious, and comfortable, with modern amenities. Service is courteous.

I booked through corporate with breakfast and dinner included, but the hotel manager didn't provide a proper dinner meal, and I wasn't given breakfast in the morning. The menu says breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11 AM, yet no staff picked up the call until 7.30. After I called ten times, someone answered and said breakfast time was 8 AM. Very bad hotel experience 👎

I was told when buying the coupon that I could pack any item. Now the executive who sold it made commitments that aren't being honored, and I'm being told I have to eat inside the hotel instead.

The location is easy to reach, the rooms are spacious, the food is good, and the staff are supportive. Cleanliness could be better: the bed linen is clean, but you may need to ask for blanket covers. The room's chairs and tables need attention too, and the toilet soap is low quality. I don't know why they haven't improved it.
