I felt cheated after traveling 20 hours to get here for an exam. I'd prepaid 880 rupees through oyo, but the property refused to give me a room, saying the amount was too low. They told me to either pay extra or cancel and pay them 1500 directly, which would save their oyo commission. I contacted oyo, and after two hours of discussion they sorted it out by paying the property extra, at no cost to me. Another person there for the same exam had the same problem. I've seen others report it on MakeMyTrip too. In my view, book somewhere else. This place is worthless and you'll be disappointed. Pure thievery.

The room was neat and clean, and the staff treated me really well. It's the first time I've seen an oyo like this. I liked the hotel and gave it five stars.

The room service was very poor, and both the bedroom and washroom were dirty and unhygienic. I felt trapped there. A terrible experience, and a black mark against the hotel and OYO.

Everything else was fine, but there's no buffet. If breakfast is included, you get one potato paratha and tea.

The staff are kind if you agree to pay at the hotel. If you pay online, bring your COVID RT-PCR report. When you book and pay at the hotel, you may get a concession on RT-PCR.
