Athirappilly Green Trees Resort

The kids had a great time with the play area and indoor games, and the pools were clean and well cared for. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty and good quality too. We really enjoyed our family vacation at Green Trees Resort, Athirappilly.

The peaceful atmosphere was just right for relaxing, and nearby attractions gave our trip a bit of adventure. Athirapally Green Tree Resorts sits amid lush greenery, close to the famous Athirapally waterfalls, so the setting feels like a nature retreat. Our room was spacious, clean, and designed to fit the surroundings. Staff were attentive and courteous. The food was good, though a few dishes used coconut oil, as is common in Kerala cuisine. We had a memorable stay and would recommend it for a quiet getaway.

You can hear birds and the little falls around the resort when you wake up. Green Trees Resort feels tucked into the forest, and the quiet made it a lovely escape from the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with very good modern bathrooms. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. We liked the food, though a wider dinner selection would be good. A relaxing spot if you want a quiet holiday in nature.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was good. The restaurant's fixed meal times didn't work for us with a two-year-old who can't sit through a scheduled meal, and they wouldn't let us take food away. Since many guests come as families with children, I think the restaurant could be more considerate and flexible. We saw several other families run into the same problem. That would make the stay better for parents and kids.
