Hotel Dubai International

Room service was awful and the rooms were dirty. This was the worst experience I've had.

My trip got off to a terrible start here. There was no geyser, the AC rooms weren't proper, and the breakfast that had been offered never came. The lady manager had a hostile attitude when we asked a few questions. At reception we were told we could book through AGODA and get an AC room, but after booking they said that depended on availability. Families, please avoid this place or your trip could be ruined.

The room and bathroom were clean and good, and the price was within my budget. But I felt disgusted when someone tried to open the door while I was in my standard double room on the sixth and top floor. Maybe they thought it was free and were trying to clean it, but that behavior wasn't acceptable. I also asked reception for a plate for dinner three times and got no response.

I paid 1300 for one day, which really isn't cheap. If you expect a clean room, bedsheets, and bathroom, stay somewhere else. Don't waste your money here.
