The location is the main plus. From the central Manacaud area, the bus stand, Trivendrum central railway station, and Padmanabaswamy temple are all reachable within five minutes. The rooms are tiny, really only enough for one or two people, and the AC didn't cool ours properly all day.

The room itself was okay, but the stained sheet and dirty towels were a problem. When I asked for a clean towel, staff acted as if there was nothing to apologize for and said they were all like that. Only after an argument did they bring a better one. They seemed not to care about guests at all. A really bad experience.

I arrived on the evening of December 26 after giving advance notice that I'd check in late, but was told the hotel had no room for my confirmed booking because it was overbooked. Staff brushed off the issue by calling Booking.com “just a broker.” That doesn't make it acceptable to sell a confirmed room again or ignore the arrangements already made. Being left without a place to stay showed no basic professionalism or hospitality. I wouldn't rely on this hotel for a guaranteed stay.

We'd already paid, but still had to leave because staying there wasn't an option. The hotel didn't honor what had been agreed with OYO. The rooms were extremely small, the beds filthy, and the bathroom barely 2.5 feet across. There was a bad smell throughout, and staff weren't cooperative. This isn't suitable for families. Don't be misled by positive reviews or discounts. It was a waste of our time, effort, and money, and I'll be more careful with Oyo rooms from now on.
