The rooms are spacious, but they weren't clean. No parking, the service was awful, and the staff were rude.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and there were bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend booking here. If you do, check the room's condition first.

I had a very poor experience and would have rated it below one star if I could. They couldn't provide an invoice for my stay. They kept giving me stories when I asked, then said they'd courier it to my address. Even after 30 days and several follow-ups, nothing arrived and they took no action. I went there in person on my second visit, but was told they couldn't give it to me then. The person at reception responded as if I were asking them for a loan. The reasons were rubbish, and I felt awful. I would never choose this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.

I was there for work. Even after I'd checked out, they let me use a room for 15 minutes in the evening to change clothes and freshen up. Good hospitality, thank you.
