The rooms shown in the pictures looked nothing like what we found. They were dirty, and the flush didn’t work. The receptionist was extremely rude. After we complained, we were shown three rooms, all dirty and unclean. We raised the issue with the cx team and, after an hour of arguing, they moved us to another property. The property manager was very irresponsible and didn’t seem to know how to run the place. One of the worst experiences we’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it.

There was no proper parking, and WiFi only worked on the ground floor. Upstairs the signal disappeared completely. The corridors were badly kept, with rats roaming around, and the room was a mess: dirty, cracked, broken walls, falling-apart furniture, and drawers that looked untouched for years. The beds and the rest of the room were filthy. We couldn’t control the temperature because there was no AC remote, and the bathroom was dirty too, with no hot water. There was no proper staff service to help with any of this, and no restaurant service if you wanted food. This felt more like a health hazard than accommodation. Save your money, health, and sanity. Sleeping in your car would be better.

The hot water listed on the website wasn’t available, the AC didn’t work, and the door knobs were broken. The old building is badly maintained and felt like a ghost house, with hardly anyone staying there. There were lots of rats too. One rude boy seemed to manage the whole place, and whenever we raised an issue he just said, “It’s OYO property, complain to OYO.” A very disappointing stay. Find somewhere better.

I checked out within an hour and lost my money because there was no refund policy. The first room seemed like a one-off problem, so I switched, but the second was just as bad. Both looked nothing like the online pictures, which seemed heavily edited. There was dust, peeling paint, cracked walls, and curtains that didn’t properly cover the windows. A gap under the door created privacy issues, and the old room felt scary and uncomfortable. The service was poor and unhelpful. Please don’t book here.
