The staff were so cooperative, and the owner went out of the way to help us during our great stay with friends in Kovalam. Jumayra Residency & International is close to Kovalam junction, with a supermarket, bakery, main bus station, taxi and auto stands, and beach access all about 1.3 km away. Vintage Punjabi Dhaba is close too, which made getting around for everyday needs easy. I'd recommend Jumayra for a quiet stay. Group bookings can get affordable catering and even a campfire.

The location is good, but the room and the owner's management were awful. The owner's behavior was very bad too. Don't stay here unless you want to deal with a lot of problems.

Don't stay here if you want to avoid problems. The bedsheets weren't clean, there was no reliable power supply, and we didn't get hot water.
