I stayed on 22/05/2026 and checked in at 5:55pm. The broken TV wasn't the end of the world, but the response from staff ruined the stay. I called reception and was told someone would come, then waited and called again, but nobody came. An hour later, the receptionist admitted he already knew the TV was broken and couldn't do anything. When I asked to move rooms, I was told I'd need to wait 2 to 3 hours until midnight or just stay put. At the desk, the receptionist told me, "Do whatever you want, we don't care." The rude attitude and lack of accountability or basic manners were shocking. If you expect decent service and respect as a paying guest, don't book here.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Shri Padmanabhaswamy Temple and a quick auto ride from Trivandrum Central railway station. We stayed one night with family at Amala's residency, and the rooms were clean. We got extra beds for a reasonable charge, much less than MMT and Go Ibibo quoted online. The in-house dining was convenient, and the food was good and fairly priced. Reception, dining, and housekeeping staff were especially polite and helpful, smiling as they took care of everything we needed. Credit to the management for keeping such a helpful team.

It's about 500 meters from the temple. A very nice hotel, with a good room, washroom, and service.

The bar service was really poor. They only took away the previous plates after I'd sat down, and the table hadn't been cleaned properly.
