Being right in the heart of Thodupuzha made it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and other places we needed. I stayed at Noah Ark Hotel for a day, and it worked well for a short visit. We checked out early in the morning, and the staff handled it without any hassle. We arrived around 7 AM, when the reception desk was unattended. I called the number left there, and the receptionist came quickly, handed us the keys, showed us to the room, and brought drinking water. Our AC room was clean and the bed was comfortable, with the basic amenities in place. I did notice water stains in the bathroom, a bathroom sink light that didn't work, and a main door push lock that wasn't functioning properly. Those issues didn't change the overall comfort, and the room was otherwise well kept.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's parking for four cars, though the parking setup could use some improvement. Food service is missing, so you'll have to rely on Swiggy or Zomato. They also don't give dental kits to guests in non-suite rooms, which felt really cheap. I got one after asking, but the staff had to take it from a nearby suite room.

For the price, I felt the quality was fair and it was good value, especially if you care more about room space and comfort than a flashy hotel. It's generally easy to get to, though the location may not suit someone looking to stay near the main attractions. The amenities are adequate, but some people might want extras like a fitness or business center. I'd say it fits a three-star stay.
