The kindness from Mr Joseph stayed with me. He helped me several times, even after I had left, and I really appreciated that. I spent about two weeks at Carmel Homestay, in a spotless, quiet, well-kept home that felt more like visiting my parents than staying at a homestay. Mr Joseph and his wife were lovely hosts, and the home-cooked food was delicious. The garden was beautiful too. My little son was thrilled by the papaya and jackfruit trees, flowers, and plants when my family came for the last weekend. Mr Joseph even gave him a fresh papaya from his tree, which made him so happy. I'd highly recommend Carmel Homestay in Sarjapur for a peaceful, comfortable, welcoming stay.

The room was very comfortable, and the quiet, spotless property was so relaxing. Mr Joseph snd Mrs Maria looked after us wonderfully. The location suited us too, with the places we wanted to visit about 10 minutes away. We just finished a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The greenery and peaceful setting made Carmel feel like home in the middle of today's busy world. Our rooms were well maintained, and Joseph and Maria were so helpful and hospitable. We had a fantastic stay, and I'd highly recommend it for families or couples. Hope to see you next time!

Mrs. Joseph's meals were a real highlight, delicious, wholesome, and suited to my dietary restrictions. The surroundings were quiet, and the well-kept home had a welcoming, simple, traditional feel. I had a warm and delightful stay with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph. I also enjoyed talking with Mr. Joseph about his work, the book he's writing, Lucknow city’s food and culture, and how Bangalore has changed over the years. The price seemed a little high, but the experience made it worthwhile. I'd recommend it for an authentic homestay and some peace and quiet in Bangalore.
