Mr.Prasad deserves special thanks for going out of his way to make guests feel comfortable and help them. Ms.Deepshika at reception was warm, kind, and always ready to assist. All the staff were respectful and kind, and the rooms have lovely decor. It's a safe, family-like place to stay, and one of the best properties I've been to.
The terrace is wonderful, and the cook there is great and always smiling. The location is convenient, right near IBC Knowledge Park. Service was a little slow, and the room didn't have proper toiletries. The hospitality wasn't up to the mark.
The rooms were okay, and the location is great. Service was practically nonexistent while the property was in the process of being taken over by OYO. I'd definitely recommend it to business travelers.
The towels were dirty, the toilet didn't work, and the TV was out of order. Staff wouldn't help and just told us to call customer care. Service was awful, and the staff were lazy and uneducated. Other Townhouses are good and well maintained, but this one was the worst. Don't book this OYO Townhouse.
The breakfast was pathetic, and it came from an outside roadside vendor. There was no food or drink available to offer. Even after escalating the issue, OYO didn't help, and despite several follow-ups I never received the bill for my booking. Disgusting service under the OYO name. I'm not booking with OYO again.
