Palette Resorts - Apoorva Resort

The service ruined what could have been a beautiful hotel experience. The setup looks impressive at first, but the staff came across as rude, careless, and unprofessional, with little apparent interest in helping guests. Nice interiors and ambience can only go so far when guests are treated with such disregard. The staff attitude was appalling, and the visit left me extremely disappointed.

The rooms weren’t impressive, but the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. Apoorva Resorts is in a prime location, and that, along with the great service, made for a great stay. I’d recommend it for the location! 🌟📍

The manager argued with me when I asked for a third towel for a double occupancy booking. The rude manager and the staff made my stay painful. They wouldn’t provide extra towels or water, and once you’ve paid for the room, you feel trapped. The staff were horrendous and the service was garbage. I wouldn’t host a big event or function here. They were completely uncooperative.

About four hours into the drive from Bangalore, Apoorva Resorts & Restaurant made for a lovely break on the way towards Goa or the coast. The place felt peaceful, the staff were welcoming, and the restrooms were spotless, which was a relief on a highway trip. We set off around 7 a.m. on a beautiful October morning, a few days after Diwali, with the air still fresh and festive. The benne dosa and chutney hit the spot, crisp, buttery, and full of flavor, and the coffee helped us get back on the road. I’d highly recommend stopping here.
