Daan Regency

We stayed at Daan Regency from Nov 3rd to 7th 2025 after booking through booking.com. The rooms were clean, and Ms.Aditi at reception was very courteous. Room No 303 was kept spotless each day by the housekeeping boys while we were out. They brought us a kettle promptly when we asked, and laundry was available at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, but the food should be kept warm with burners. Our family function was at Punkunnam, so we had to pay for an auto each day. There also weren’t any good hotels or restaurants within walking distance for lunch or dinner. Thanks, and best wishes to the team.

A calm, quiet place with good parking. The rooms are compact but comfortable, with good lighting and useful facilities. Seems ideal for managers on business trips who need budget accommodation.

After checkout, hotel staff used our private booking information to contact my fiancée repeatedly with unsolicited calls and messages. It left her feeling violated and unsafe. Using guest registration details to track someone down after their stay is highly unprofessional and a serious breach of privacy. Management clearly isn’t protecting customer data. Avoid Dan Regency.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and we found the hospitality great. We booked a deluxe room and a standard room with balcony. The standard room was smaller, while the deluxe rooms were really good. The toilets are relatively small, and the hotel is tucked inside a street, so it may not be everyone’s first choice. Parking is limited: three to four cars can fit in front of reception, and the rest have to use the open space opposite the hotel. We booked through booking.com and found the rooms decent for our stay in Thrissur.
