For pilgrims, the short distance to Jagannath Temple makes early morning darshan easy and stress-free. Hotel Home Town, Puri is a very good budget-friendly option. The rooms are clean, neat, and comfortable for the price. Staff are polite, cooperative, and ready to guide and help guests. Check-in and service were smooth. A good affordable stay near the temple with welcoming hospitality, and I'd recommend it to families and devotees visiting Puri. 🙏

The Panda they arranged for us was very good. His name is “Bubu”. It took almost 3 n half for us to get inside Jagannath temple, and he waited the whole time, made sure we had our darshan, and brought prasad straight to our stay. He's a must-recommended guy. The rest of the stay was OK. The beach and marine drive road are around 10 to 12 minutes away on foot. Rooms are clean but very small, and room service could be better and more professional.

The welcome water bottles weren't sealed; they had been refilled with hotel water. There was no tea kettle or even chairs in the room, and the intercom for room service didn't work. The TV was just a demo and hadn't been recharged, and staff gave no proper answer when I asked about recharging it. I recently stayed at Hotel Hometown, but the room wasn't very clean or properly ventilated. Overall, I wouldn't consider this property suitable for a family stay.

The owner was calm and cooperative, and we had a very good experience in puri at this hotel. It has been recently renewed and is very clean and hygienic. A big plus is that they serve food with onion and garlic, which many hotels in Puri won't provide. Recommended, go for it.

The top-floor restaurant takes a long time to prepare fresh food, but the prices are reasonable and the taste is decent. The room was a decent size, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to Jagannath temple. The owner and staff were friendly and gave us the best service.
