We had a confirmed booking through booking.com, but on reaching Puri nobody could locate the hotel. I called the number listed in the travel app. Someone answered that they were sold out, thanked me for calling, and abruptly hung up before I could explain. I called repeatedly after that and nobody picked up. This happened today, 12 Sep 2024, at 10 am, just before check-in for our confirmed room. Avoid!
