We were four, including our two kids, aged 2.5 and 6, and the stay was awful. The receptionist first put us in room 5002, where the bedsheets were filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. After we complained, they moved us to room 5005, which they called a “suite room.” There were two power cuts in just 10 minutes, then at 1.00 am we were moved again to a room full of mosquitoes. The hotel claims to offer executive rooms and suites, but the rooms didn't live up to that at all. Hygiene was poor, management was terrible, and there was no concern for guests, especially a family with children. It was a total waste of money, and I wouldn't give this filthy hotel even one star or recommend it to anyone. Please don't choose it.

The breakfast had a nice range of choices and was very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was neat and clean. Swaroopa at reception was especially helpful and responsive, assisting promptly whenever I needed anything and helping us feel safe throughout our stay. I was there at Mangala Tower from 14th to 19th December 2025. Thanks to Swaroopa and the whole team for the excellent service.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice choice, and the front office staff member with short hair was wonderful. I can't remember her name, but she helped us a lot, responded right away to our requests, and made us feel safe and secure. The rooms were spacious. Only the service lift was running because a new lift was being installed. The toilet WC needs more cleaning. Still, I had a good experience. Thanks again to the team.

Mr. Vasudev supported us from the booking right through to the end of our event at Zip by Spree Hotels, Mangala Towers, Thrissur. The Banquet Manager was a great help with menu ideas and arranged a tasting before the function. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests were happy with both it and the hotel's service. Thanks to Chef and the whole team for making the event memorable.

The bathroom was slippery and had a drainage smell. There was no hot water in the evening or early morning, and the AC was noisy, as shown in the attached video. The bed sheet had been changed, but it wasn't good, and the shampoo and body wash were refilled only after check-in. Nobody helped with the bags at check-in or check-out. Of course, the mentioned welcome drink wasn't provided either.
