Chitra Temple View

We left our bag in the room at checkout, with a charger and some clothes inside. One of the staff brought it to us about 2 km away, which was an unusually thoughtful courtesy. The staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful stay. The only drawback was the lack of car parking, though they suggested another place. Thanks, it was a great experience.

The hotel is in a handy location, away from the crowds at the main entrance, right beside the Nazhikkinaru entrance. The temple and beach are about a five minute walk away. Our room was spacious, tidy, and well furnished. Hot water, the lift, and room service were all worth mentioning. I'd definitely recommend it for a family trip.

The rooms are booked in 24 hour blocks, and the view from them is excellent. It's near the holy well and about a three minute walk to the temple Darshan Queues. They told us before booking that there was no car parking, so we used a nearby paid lot for ₹150 and walked to the hotel. I took off a star for the service because their phones weren't working, and it also feels a little expensive for what's offered.

We were eight people and had a good short stay. The location is excellent, with the temple within walking distance, and the rooms were good for a brief visit. The staff were friendly and cooperative. At first the rooms had dim lighting, but they changed the lights when we asked. I really appreciated their friendly behavior.
