We stayed at Hotel M7 Plaza from 28/01/2026 to 29/01/2026, and the whole visit went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with the basic amenities provided. The hotel has a calm, pleasant feel that works for family or business stays. Getting around Trichy was easy from this convenient location. The staff were especially courteous and professional, always polite, responsive, and ready to help with a smile. Cleanliness, comfort, service, and value all exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend Hotel M7 Plaza and would happily stay again.

Vijay at reception was very helpful in taking care of our requests. Sri sangeetha and a few other restaurants are just a short walk away, and Sri Rangam and Ucchi pilliyar temple are close by too. We also made a five-hour trip to Thanjavur palace and temple. We had a nice time here, and it was a good place for a reasonable price.

Hotel M7 Plaza feels fresh, with modern interiors that are neatly and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms are large, clean, and well maintained, and the overall hygiene was excellent. I found the stay relaxing. If you want somewhere comfortable, clean, and classy, this place is highly recommended.

The room design stood out to me: modern and carefully thought through, with an attractive look that didn't feel overdone. The space was comfortable and calming, and the rooms were spotless and clearly looked after. It was excellent value for the price. I had no hot water during my stay, which was inconvenient. Everything else was great, and I'd still recommend this clean, well-designed place.

Lakshimi and Praveen made the stay feel especially welcoming. They were friendly, polite, and ready to help, and their hospitality really stood out. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with neat, spacious rooms that felt relaxing after a long day. Its location was convenient and easy to reach. We had a good experience and nice service, and I'd recommend M7 Plaza to others visiting Tiruchy.
