The room smelled so bad it made me feel like vomiting. When I told the front office, the person there said they couldn’t smell anything. The rooms are very old, and the photos shown are outdated. It’s also a long way from the bus stand. Pathetic experience. If the star rating is accurate, it should be removed.

Mosquitoes had filled the room, and there were no blankets or toiletries. The washrooms and linens were poorly maintained. I had to call room service again and again for every single thing, and the staff weren’t friendly or polite. Not worth what I paid.

The place was clean and felt like good value for the money. The sheets should be replaced, and the rooms need painting.

There’s a good vegetarian hotel nearby, which was one plus. The rooms were average, though the blankets were stained and very dirty. I’d give the bathroom cleanliness a 1; it really wasn’t good.

Raams Park was very smelly, unhygienic, and had the worst service. Don’t book a room here. 💩
