I called an hour ago and gave them the dates, number of people, and other details. Their staff confirmed that a direct booking would allow 24hr checkout. After the shift changed, Vasanth refused, spoke rudely, and said they wouldn't give rooms with 24hr checkout and hadn't taken any money from me, so what was the problem? Very poor service. I'm glad I didn't book. The OWNER should see this and warn Vasanth about the rude behavior. People answering calls need training in how to speak to customers.

I couldn't sleep peacefully because there were so many mosquitoes. There was no hot water either, and they don't seem to know anything about hygiene. The service behavior was terrible. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please read this before booking a room.
10/10
A decent hotel for a medium budget stay, but the surrounding areas and the corridors around the rooms need more cleaning.
6/10
The staff were professional, and the room was clean, so the stay was satisfactory. Carrying luggage was a bit awkward because the space from the entrance to the rooms was quite limited. That narrow layout made the stay a little less comfortable.
6/10
The location is convenient, near the main temples and city center, and the staff are polite and helpful. Shri Swarna Palace is a comfortable, budget-friendly option in Trichy, with clean, spacious, well-kept rooms and good value for money. Service was satisfactory overall, and it's a pleasant, affordable choice for families and other travelers.
