I paid Rs 1166 for the room yesterday, and feel like I wasted my money. The power kept fluctuating every 30 minutes, then went out completely from 7 am. The bathroom was dirty, the TV didn't work, and there was no WiFi. I booked through OYO and, since there was no refund, had no choice but to stay. The hotel staff gave no proper response. Avoid this place.

I was stranded after arriving at OYO Flagship 9113 IBRAS Residency with a Booking.com reservation and being told there was no room for me. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I tried OYO, which had been positive in my past experience, but couldn't reach them because I didn't have the correct codes for a Booking.com booking. Booking.com wasn't helpful either. With few places available nearby, I had to book a poor alternative at the last minute. I rarely post negative reviews, but I wouldn't want another solo female traveler to end up in this situation.

For this price, this hotel is hard to beat. The staff were really friendly and happy to go the extra mile, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were spotless.

A complete waste of money, and the rent was very high. The room was extremely dirty, the AC was covered in dust, the bedsheet wasn't clean, and the charging port was damaged. Hot water didn't work either. The receptionist cheated me. They asked for Rs 2000 for just one extra hour at checkout. Be very careful with your money and stay somewhere else.

Don't waste your time or money here. The place was completely unclean, there was no response, and the whole experience was disappointing. They spoke rudely and treated the bedroom like a restroom, while the restroom was like the worst room. Don't go.
