Collection O O 82449 Hotel Srinivasa Residency

The staff were polite and ready to help, even though they weren't very comfortable speaking Hindi. Check-in and checkout were both smooth.

I found the washroom so filthy and unpleasant I couldn't bring myself to step inside. The rooms were dirty too, with lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches. It felt like a complete waste of money, and the worst hospitality I've experienced.

We got a room through the Tirupati package from Bengaluru, just to freshen up, but it wasn't clean and the bathroom had no basic soap or towels. The room itself looked badly run down, and even opening it seemed to need special attention. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Find somewhere better.

I paid 2000 a day, but there was no working AC, TV, or hot water in the room. I had booked six days even though I was in Tirupati on personal work for four, since I planned to arrive in the morning and leave at night under their 12-to-11 schedule. When I got there at 5 a.m., they made me wait until 7:30 because rooms were being used by pilgrims arriving on buses to freshen up for half an hour at a time. I sat by reception and couldn't get anyone to respond, even after trying several times. After more than two hours, I went back to ask, and they refused to give me a room and told me to cancel. I booked through the OYO app. OYO told me to pay an extra 1200 per day, wouldn't refund or cancel the booking, and hung up on my calls. The people at reception acted like rowdies. For pilgrims using rooms just to freshen up, it seemed they weren't cleaned before being given to the next guests. This is one of the worst hotels in Tirupati. I wouldn't choose it.
