I’m staying here now, and the reception staff have been rigid and unwilling to help with adjustments. I’ve run into several issues, so I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I’m not sure how checkout will go either. We had two bookings: the first day without breakfast, then the next two days with it. Since I had an early flight on day three, I asked if that breakfast could be moved to day one. Reception refused. There was also a problem with room cleaning. At 8 pm, before leaving for Tirumala darshan, I left my room card at reception and asked if the room could be cleaned before I returned. They agreed. I picked up the key at 8 am, but the room was still dirty. When I called, another staff member said they don’t clean after 6 pm and argued with me. To be fair, this is particularly true of the reception staff. P B Anil, who supervises the restaurant, has been very helpful since day one, suggesting places and transport, and being polite about restaurant matters. GM Ravi also took note of my review and contacted us about the problems we were facing.

The room was nice, and the hotel is very close to thirupathi. There’s a dress shop in the lobby and a restaurant inside. The lift is small. Staff were kind and polite. Breakfast is vegetarian only, with juice included. There wasn’t much choice: some dishes were nice, while the lemon rice was bland. Hight recommended.

I’ve stayed here for the second time because I liked it so much. The rooms are spacious and very clean, housekeeping is prompt, room service is great, and the staff are friendly and polite. The Leaf hotel Manager Mr ANIL is a gentleman who puts customer satisfaction first and serves travellers without ego. Mr Ravi Kumar was also welcoming and cheerful, and that kind of treatment made us feel happy and at home. We used the cab service at the doorstep, SRINIVASA TRAVELS. Mr Anil garu kindly arranged transport on time, with experienced drivers Abdul, naveen , pattabhi. They were cooperative and made the journey feel like travelling with family. GOLDEN TULIP gave us a golden memory we’ll remember for a long time. Thank you to the management for maintaining the place and serving pilgrims with such dedication, and thank you again to Mr Anil of Restaurant manager and Anil of Cab service.

Having A2B on the ground floor was a real blessing for us as vegetarians. The rooms were perfectly clean, with fresh towels, clean sheets and floors. I was also relieved to find spacious, enclosed customer parking after driving to Tirupati for the first time. They let us check out late at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. We come to Tirupati often and will stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family.

The room was cozy and spotless, and the hotel was very well maintained. At the restaurant, Preethi served us with a warm smile and made every meal enjoyable. Malathi at reception was friendly and attentive, and check-in was easy. Murali from housekeeping had the room arranged just right. The staff’s care and professionalism made my stay memorable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
