It was quiet and peaceful, so I got a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Great amenities and attention to detail.

I had a really poor stay at Hotel Pasuparthy Residency, and it didn't feel worth the money. The AC barely worked, yet they charged a lot for it. We booked through MakeMyTrip, then were asked to pay extra for an AC room because, they said, the booking site hadn't paid them enough. The receptionist was rude, and after all the problems they still asked us for a tip. Service was slow and didn't improve even after we asked several times. Cleaning was very poor too, and we had to keep requesting that they clean the room and change the sheets. When we asked for an extra towel or pillow, we were told bluntly that they had none. Very disappointing.

We paid 2k Rs for an AC double bedroom. The room was clean but felt small, and the AC worked properly. There was hot water 24*7, and we didn't hear outside noise or have other disturbances. The hotel was okay, and we were satisfied with our stay.

The person at the counter said he was the owner, and his behavior was the worst. He made it sound like things would be done only his way.
