The location is good, and there are better options nearby. The check-in policy is 1pm and checkout is 10 am, which leaves very little time at the hotel. If you wait half an hour, they apply the next day's charges. I don't know why they don't use the more common 2pm check-in and 12 pm checkout times that other hotels follow. This was the worst experience for me. I stayed on the 3 rd floor, which was completely messy, and the cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Food quality wasn't very good either. The free breakfast was worst, though lunch and dinner were manageable. Front desk reception was pathetic, and the staff showed no professionalism. I won't choose this hotel next time.

The view from my window was beautiful, and the quiet atmosphere made the trip feel restful. My room was clean and cozy, with a bed that felt incredibly soft. I also liked the fresh towels and how quickly room service responded. It was a memorable, relaxing stay.

The location is excellent, and the rooms were manageable, but the quality of the staff needs attention. They didn't stick to what they told us at check-in, and some staff behavior was not good. The hospitality itself was good, and the other conditions were fine.

The food service was terrible, and the hotel's cleanliness was just as bad. Take a look around and you'll feel that even some free trust halls are kept better. A really poor experience, with maintenance in awful shape.

There was a lot of noise, and the staff seemed least bothered. The food was only average, while the rooms felt old and weren't clean. For what it costs, it isn't worth it. Poor maintenance and a waste of money, I wouldn't recommend it.
