Raajas Grand by OYO Rooms

There isn't a restaurant nearby, and the location isn't very good. Still, the rooms are spacious for a reasonable price, the building is new and has a lift, and there's a balcony too. I stayed for a day and felt very good about it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Raajas Grand in Tirupati. My room felt like a calm retreat after a day exploring, with a very comfortable bed and tasteful decor. The hotel's central location made it easy to reach the city's attractions and conveniences, whether visiting for pilgrimage or leisure. Staff were friendly from check-in onward and handled my requests with care. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, where the dishes were flavorful and the service attentive. The gym was well equipped, and I left the spa feeling refreshed. All in all, the comfortable room, helpful service, convenient location, and amenities made this a memorable stay. I'd recommend Raajas Grand to anyone visiting Tirupati.

I booked this hotel for a colleague attending an official meeting, and the staff treated customers without respect. They were negligent and behaved very poorly. The property was badly maintained, with no towels, soap, or communication chart, and there wasn't even a lift to reach the upper floors. A disgusting experience.

There was a cigarette smell in the room, and no towels. Also, when you book through OYO, the hotel asks for more at check-in. The OYO bill showed a 3k tariff discounted to a final price of 700₹, but the hotel wanted another 600₹. We booked a 700₹ room, not a 3k room.
