The lack of cleaning during our two-night stay was a serious hygiene concern. They didn't even change the bedding or clean the toilets. The room was dirty, the AC didn't work, and no water was provided. When we asked, we were told to come downstairs and get it because this was a homestay, not a hotel. They also didn't provide the mosquito repellent we asked for. There was no one at reception when we checked in, and no security either. The owner took ₹1000/- as an advance and another ₹1000/- as a security deposit, on top of the full payment at check-in, though none of this had been mentioned when booking. When we returned from Tirupati Darshan at 10:00 pm, I asked the owner why our room hadn't been cleaned. Instead of hearing me out, he told us to leave immediately. The owner asking a family to vacate at night raises serious safety concerns about the people staying there. We had paid in full and were stuck in a non-AC room. Pathetic place, find somewhere else.

Communication was good, and check-in went smoothly. But the rooms were cluttered and cramped, the bed made noise, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Calling it a 1 bhk is misleading. You can find much better places for the same cost. They also ask for 1000. Rs as an advance. This is my honest experience, so don't just go by the other reviews.

The location is good, but there's no dedicated parking, and the narrow street makes arranging a spot difficult. Rodents could also be an issue. There is no security staff on site to help in an emergency, and no other staff available to deal with AC, water supply, or power outage problems. Tenants have to contact the owner directly for those. Don't expect a rebate or any consideration in any situation. The owner lives on the property. If you have no other options and decide to stay, be prepared for something that may feel like a daily rental arrangement.

The so-called “1 BHK” is misleading. Don't expect a roomy hall, bedroom, and kitchen, the whole unit is smaller than a typical bedroom. There was dust and fungus in several places, and the rooms weren't clean or well maintained. Parking is on the roadside, with the risks that brings. For the price, it isn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it. After my own experience, I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews.

The pictures are very misleading, so don't be fooled by them. The rooms were filthy, dusty, and unhygienic. We had brought the kids, and as soon as my husband saw the room, he went straight out to find another hotel. It felt like pure cheating, and there isn't even an option to give a negative rating.
