The hotel has a good location, nice infrastructure, a pleasant atmosphere, security, and parking. But at Rs 2000 a night, I expected better basics. The towels and blanket smelled damp even though they looked clean, and I had to ask for drinking water, tea bags, milk powder, towels, slippers, and washroom items. The kettle, bucket, and mugs weren't clean either. The restaurant only opens at 11am. If they improve cleanliness and include breakfast, it would be great value.

There's a cinema hall here too, along with Kava the cafe. The food there was very good, and the hotel rooms were clean and roomy.

The staff responded quickly and honestly, and their service and the atmosphere both impressed me. The food was good too. Rooms could use a little more attention to cleanliness.

The TV hadn't been recharged, the bathroom flush didn't work, and room cleaning was done only one day. The staff service was poor.

The staff were very good. The hotel, restaurant, cinema, and parking were all very good too. April 2023.
