Hotel Sannidhi Residency By OYO Rooms

We spent 2-3 hours dealing with a mess before we could settle in. As we checked in, water from the toilet flush started flowing into the room, and the faucet wasn't working. We had to change rooms three times; the last one had a proper bathroom and toilet, but its AC didn't work. The bathroom was poorly maintained, the service boy was quite rude, and toiletries came only after a lot of begging. This was the worst OYO room I've ever been to. Never dare to check in here.

It's a decent budget place in Tirupathi, in a peaceful area with a few temples nearby. The rooms were clean, but I can't say the same for the beds. The AC worked well. Make sure to inspect the room before checking in so you get a new, good one.

I've stayed here more than five times. It used to be good and comfortable, but things have gotten worse. I booked a deluxe room through OYO and was given a classic one, even though I know the difference between those rooms at this hotel. I also paid an extra 250rs because I booked through OYO. The bathrooms are small, the amenities aren't great, and it wasn't worth the amount paid. Be careful booking through OYO, as they charge extra when the amount is below 1000rs.

The room was very neat, the service was good, and there's a lift. But the hotel authorities said I'd booked for one person and brought a guest, and insisted it should say Family + 1, while my booking said family + guest. I had entered two members, my wife and me, as far as I know. After a long argument, they finally let my wife stay, saying they allowed it because they were being good. Why did it take all that? Please find out who made the mistake and inform me, so I can be careful next time if it was mine.
